I acknowledge that the only obligation undertaken by Bee Holder Productions (THE COMPANY) in consideration of my submission is to accept the material submitted for possible review pursuant to the company's normal practices. No implied or express contract nor any other obligation or duty on the company's part shall arise from or be implied by this submission.

If and to the extent the material submitted is protected by copyright law, I am not granting the company the right to use the material unless both parties enter into an agreement regarding such use. I acknowledge, however, that the company is not agreeing to refrain from, or to compensate me for, the use of any elements of the material which are not protected by copyright laws, including, by way of illustration, ideas, historical or factual matters, or public domain elements of the material.

I recognize that the company has access to and/or may create or have created materials and ideas which may be similar or identical in theme, idea, plot, format, or other respects to the material I am submitting. I agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation if the company uses such similar or identical material that was independently created by the company or came to the company from an independent source.
